Yeah, I do think I need to get back to journaling for 5–10 minutes in the morning. I started because one of the “gurus” suggested it and then got busy and stopped, but I found it was a good way to clarify what I was going to work on that day and what progress I was making. Stopping has made me less effective, I think.
Had to quit coffee too because I have adrenal fatigue! But agree it’s helpful for most. I do matcha (if I’m doing caffeine), and a supplement that gives me mental clarity and focus.
