04.06.2016 RedAle/ Punane Saison

Punane õlu, pigem linnaseline, pigem kerge, pigem natukene tumedam, täpselt nii mulle on seda meeldinud pruulida ja nii sai seda ka uuesti tehtud. Hämmastaval kombel on tulemus küllaltki sama, hoolimata erinevatest linnastest, humalatest ja pärmidest, mida olen kasutanud. Peaasi, et värvus, mõrudus a humalate perekond oleks sarnased. 
 Kuid 20L sai pandud eraldi nõusse ja sinna lisasin Lõbusalt Näkitarilt korjatud pärmi (Orvali pudeli põhi + Du…veli tüvi), sest brett ja punased õlled on ikka sobinud hästi.
