12.03.2016 Troopiline IPA

Kaugelt paistab volber, mille jaoks on Vironia pruulid ikka midagi põnevat teinud. Seekord on plaan teha üks über puuviljane IPA. Ühelt poolt tulevad puuvilja maitsed erinevatest humalatest, teisalt kasutan ühte müstilist pärmi, mida ennemalt peeti pärmi perekond Brettanomyces esindajaks nüüd aga suhkrupärmiks. 
 Selle pärmi starter lõhnas ja maitses väga mangolikult.
