Resource of the Week: A Website for Pursuing God

Resource of the Week | The Prayer Room DFW This is a great website for Biblical teaching and having your spirit stirred up to pursue God.

What Is ‘Resource of the Week’?

‘Resource of the Week’ is my way of sharing my favorite resources. From books to blogs and websites to podcasts, I want to let you in on some of the greatest resources I’ve come across that contribute to the main theme here at living the with-God life.

A Website for Pursuing God

This week, I want to share with you one of my favorite websites for teaching centered on pursuing God with all of your heart: The Prayer Room DFW.

Brad Stroup and the leadership team at the Prayer Room share weekly messages and conference teachings for free and the content is convicting, inspiring, and timely.

If you’re looking for a website and/or podcast with a full library and Biblical teachings on living fully for God, then I want to encourage you to check this one out.

A great library:
With topics from the End Times to Intimacy with Christ, you are sure to find a topic relevant to your current season in life. All teachings are easily accessible, allowing you to download or stream the audio on the website or subscribe to the podcast for the latest teaching. And, as if that wasn’t good enough, you can also find notes with several of the teaching series!

Dynamic leadership:
Brad Stroup and the leadership team spend hours upon hours in the prayer room, talking to God and studying His Word. What better environment to foster sound Biblical teaching and leadership?! Having met Brad and some of the team, I can personally attest to their authenticity and hunger for God.

Personal conviction:
I don’t know how to put it into words, but there’s just something convicting about listening to someone who has an insatiable hunger for more of God. It kind of rubs off on you. And the depth of their passion stirs you up as you realize how much more of God you could be experiencing. The teachings found here have convicted me to re-examine my walk with God and have stirred me to pursue God harder.

Honestly, the only negative I could find with this resource is that, unless you live in the Dallas area, you can’t participate in this specific ministry!
