The point of the memo was that there are simply far more men in this field than women, that’s a fact. So Google’s aspirations to maintain a 50/50 gender quota in their workforce is retarded. His point was that people should be hired based on their resume, not their gender, which is something that I think we can all agree with.

Just read it for yourself with an open mind, because I swear most people who I’ve seen write about the memo never even did that.
