Bridge Over Troubled Swamp
John Hopkins

At the last possible moment I realized that I had a bad case of mistaken identity. The location in question is not the one I was convinced it would be — in the new London Docklands of Tower Hamlets. I have actually been in the Grenfell Tower in the summer of 1988. My condolences go towards the families that have lost a loved one.

But I still despise the artists that abuse one of the greatest songs ever to promote themselves. Wouldn’t there be enough bright minds available to compose a song worthy to be performed? A song for the families left behind? Can anybody imagine George Harrison would have taken someone else’s song for his “Concert for Bangladesh”?
