Monday Check-In

I didn’t estimate but I did pretty good until Sunday night.

After work on Friday I stopped at PetSmart for cat food, $20, and a bag of biscuits and a small plush toy for my dad’s dog to destroy, $15. Dad gave me cash for his share.

Saturday I went to Ikea with my mom, sister, and niece. $11 for lunch and $65 for stuff. I also gave my mom $10 because she wanted to pay cash at the food market. I don’t know why. We ended up spending the afternoon at my parent’s house, my BIL brought my nephew over and mom ordered pizza. It was fun.

On Sunday I made a drug store and grocery store run for me and my grandma. $36 for me, mom transferred $115 into my checking account for grandma’s stuff. That afternoon I loaded up the dogs and laundry and headed back to my parents. The Phoenix Pride festival was this weekend and while it is a lot of fun to attend it is no fun for anyone when the bass from the concerts is rattling my windows from two blocks away. Also, my parents have a nicer yard than I do and I couldn’t take them to the park. While I was doing laundry I realized I hate all my clothes. $250 later a box from Old Navy should be here this week. I’ll probably end up returning most of it due to fit issues.

$392 for the weekend after parental reimbursements. Ouch.
