How do you win?

I’m still wondering. I have seen it happen over and over again, but I’m asking myself all the time.

How do I win? Or, I’m asking.

How do you win?

Here is how I believe you and I win.

  1. We define our win.
  2. We discover the right things we need to be consistent in to achieve the win.

For example, I want to drop 20 pounds in weight. This is the win.

My right things are:

  1. eat right daily.
  2. exercise daily, weekly, whatever. The key is be consistent. Have a routine.

Again, how do we, you, win?
