I get it.
Ha I get it, I worked for a tech company as an intern, then went to a DOD contractor to work. How people don’t understand the tech company’s culture is not normal, their model of business is not sustainable by the 99% of other businesses, big or small. If everyone gets paid and treated like how tech workers did then majority of companies will flip in a few weeks. Working for a tech company is this generation’s new privilege, while your older, non-tech workers who can’t figure out how to use computers are grinding out in a sub $50k a year job wondering when will their jobs getting replaced by the said tech worker’s invention.
