We believe that epic things happen when great people with conviction and resilience come together to solve a problem.
We believe these people have different backgrounds and skills, but share common values.
We believe in clarity, honesty, and transparency with our entrepreneurs.
We believe in the power of community, and paying it forward. We believe a highly engaged ecosystem will get every member further, faster. And we believe nothing great can be achieved alone.
We believe values are only values if they’re reflected in actions too.

- We believe you need all kinds of smart. We live this — our team of five covers three nationalities, both genders, and an age range that allows a place for widely differing skills, experiences and outlooks. We are all-in with every company we work with.
- We believe in working smarter not harder. We facilitate shared learnings with digital tools and physical events, and we’re systematically productising standard processes and documents for our companies to benefit from.
We don’t believe epic things happen by magic. We believe they’re the result of long-held passionate conviction, and wanting to change something so much you can’t think about anything else.
We believe this stuff because we’ve been there.
