To this end, the Information and Communication Technology Promotion Center will invest 12 billion won in the budget of 7.8 billion won in 2019. Separately, the Information and Communications Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) also announced plans for the block-chain business. KISA selected 12 block-chain projects including Seoul City, Jeju Island, Defense Business Administration, Military Manpower Administration, and Post Office.
