Which language, Python or HTML, should I learn first?

Not being a programming language, HTML. It is a formatting language used to create website layouts. Learning HTML is a requirement if you want to create a website.

Learn Python if you have any interest in general programming. Python has a wide range of applications, one of which is creating a backend web services application that provides HTML files.

Learn HTML first if you’re interested in web programming; it’s easy to learn, and it’s necessary if you want to use Python to construct a web application with a framework like Django.

As mentioned in a few other responses, it might be advisable to hire someone who is very knowledgeable about software development if you are starting a business. Learning to programme transforms the way you think and teaches priceless problem-solving abilities, thus I always advise people to do it. Knowing how to programme and being knowledgeable about technology can also make it simpler for you to interact with anyone you decide to hire as a developer.

HTML and Python are very distinct languages. Without knowing you personally, I would suggest Python, although this depends greatly on what you would like to do.
