What happens when you focus on the core? MAGIC!

This was something I learnt from my trainer.

Before i started out to do any exercise, lift any weight or even just cardio I would hear the words, ‘Focus on the core’.

And immediately my attention would go back to my tummy. And my mind became empty.

And steadily I started powering rep after rep with the core. The mental chatter died and the focus remained still.

And the benefits were:

  • Improved form
  • A tummy that was steadily shaping up. And i was hardly doing any crunches.
  • An aligned spine
  • An improved posture
  • Better control of the movement while performing any exercise

So if you want to get more out of your workout, focus on the CORE!
