Be aware that there are very low hard limits for this.
Eu-central-1 is 5000 pr. account according to AWS support, after we asked for an increase. I imagine they are 10–15 thousand in other regions.
But AWS doesn’t publish these numbers, because that would go against the marketing hype of Lambda being infinite scale.
We used KeyCDN before, no complaints here, except they get expensive when you begin to go north of 100 TB. Not really KeyCDN's fault, they are among the cheapest. AWS egress would absolutely ruin your day at 100TB+.

Except… Float/Decimal are not the same. Decimals are fixed point types, and an SQL Decimal 15,8 e.g. will have no issue storing currency (without precision loss) up to 9,999,999.99999999
