TIMELINE OF SAN BERNARDINO SHOOTING INCIDENT COULD SHED LIGHT ON STATE OF MIND AND DEGREE OF PLANNING
I’m not finding information on the time Farook and wife Malik dropped their child off at the grandmother’s; nor how long the time was between when Farook left the holiday party at the convention center and returned with his wife both heavily armed and dressed in combat gear for the rampage. These times would shed light on degree of planning or premeditation on that day at that time and also on state of mind. For instance, if the child was dropped off before Farook went to the party, this suggests a degree of predisposition and possible definite planning. Whereas if the child was dropped off sometime between when Farook left the party and returned with his wife for the carnage, this suggests there was something which happened at the party which set him off. Either way concerning the party, it doesn’t look like there’s any doubt the husband and wife were preparing for something at some time. Perhaps on the day of the San Bernardino massacre, this came about sooner rather than later. Specifics of the timeline would help to answer this, though probably not definitively.
