All you have to do is to return Sense to Amazon, assuming that’s where you got it. Get your refund. Or perhaps your credit card company will cover you. It depends on your consumer rights in your country.
Why you have to assume bad management, and blame the CEO who you think is losing nothing (how about his job and his legacy)? Some of us have been *backers* since the Kickstarter days, and we feel connected to this company and it’s vision. We’re more than just customers, so we’re both disappointed and sad. We love our Sense and will miss is terribly.
