If Hillary Clinton received about 66 million votes but 22 mostly-Democratic eligible voters were removed from the rolls (or perhaps the 50 million, that the article builds up to), then she supposedly would have received perhaps 80 million votes, or perhaps 110 million, and would have run away with the election. Why then did the popular vote for President pretty closely match the average of the polls? Riddle me that.
