This is sickening. Community projects always runs the risk of people rail roading it, taking credit or shutting you off from the work you start collectively but the systematic way in which you were pushed out of the project is indeed horrible. We run empowerhack.com, and this post raises some important points for the civic tech and open source community about how to establish trust and seeing the warning signs. Something similar started to happen with me when I started Chayn (http://chayn.co). It made me feel sick and almost put me off the organisation I had started myself. More power to you and keep working. There are great people who want to work on this cause and they would be lucky to work with you!
