We’re not hung up on being proprietary, it’s just the business model that works best for us. We’re software developers, not consultants. We’re doing what we’re good at. We have to keep our customers happy, and that keeps us honest and focused on their needs. We’ve spent a lot of our own money developing our software. We could open-source it, but then we would have to make a living doing something else.
