I like how you added the pictures of your notebook. Helped wrap my mind around your creative ideas, and gained insight to your creative process.

I wish that you expanded on your iterations more. Why did you start using a cupcake pan? Also, explaining why those iterations didn’t necessarly work for your final cookie.

What if you used two halves of the cookies baked in the cupcake pan and baked them together somehow, that way there is a big hollow space in the center for more filling of the apples, charleston chews and the caramel.
