Well written.

This part of the text is even more outrageous;

“This is a difficult situation to build policy to alleviate, but we ask that all of the people involved consider the power of our actions and statements both online and in the real world. But one specific note, if people attend VidCon to collect footage to later use in videos that criticize not just ideas, but focus the outrage of their followers on individuals, they will not be welcome back.

So not only she supposed to be 100% beyond criticism, HER getting an apology from VidCon for what happened — but the individual who was attacked by Anita, is even threatened to be banned from VidCon if he shows HER actions and holds her responsible of inciting harrassment to him.
Anita says all of her criticism focuses outrage of the critics followers on her, yet all of the critics I have followed have mentioned they do not condone harrassment, death threats and none of them have encouraged people to do so. Yet Anita did, on stage. With a free pass.

Absurd.
