The most productive people never multi-task. It’s pointless.

You can multi-task in the sense one can write, listen to music and hold a conversation (to a point). My belief is that procrastination is actually the larger problem. In a world of so many things going on in one owns work space (computer, smartphone, etc) we have a tendency to begin work, stop what we’re doing after answering a text, pick up something else and begin that and go from there. We’re “multi-tasking” to ourselves but in reality just heavily going through stops and starts.
