Interview being done with an entrepreneur Asad (fitness professional), founder of spartan’s fitness quarter started business with limited resources. Later partnership by Bilal iqbal (student of IOBM), running successfully their own gym.

The questions that I have asked from them during my interview:

Q:1 What triggers you to start the business?

Ans: As to work on the fitness was my primary goal from the start. As obesity results in different types of diseases / illness in a human body. That pain point triggers my mind to start the business in the category of fitness and I starts my gym “Spartan’s fitness quarter”, even I have very limited resources.

Q:2 What was your mission at the outset?

Ans: To give the health to the individuals for safe and healthy environment to get maximum positive results for the society.

Q:3 How many employees at the start?

Ans: Only 1 which was me (Asad), purely my idea to start a quarter targeting fitness and physique.

Q:4 What services / classes do you offer?

· Aerobics

· Yoga

· Cross fit (Hits)

· Zumba

· Physiotherapists

· Rope digging

· Weight trainings

· High intense training

· Proper diet plan (as per physique requirements) e.t.c

Q:5 Timings for training?

Ans: Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week)

· 06:00 to 06:45 (ladies only)

· 7:00 to 7:45 (mixed ones)

· 8:00 to 8:45 (gents only)

· 9:00 to 9:45 (gents only)

Q:6 How do you advertise your business?

· Facebook

· Word of mouth

· Whatsapp group

Q:7 Any partners do you have?

Ans: At the start I was the only one, but after some time got the partner Bilal iqbal (Electrical engineer by profession, and have done MBA from IOBM), both are now the instructors in GYM.

Q:8 What value preposition you offers? (tell in a word)

Ans: Fitness in one month

Q:9 Any hurdles you faced in your startup?

Ans: Many of the hurdles we faced during our startup which includes: Accommodation, resources, money, licensing, advertising issues e.t.c

Q:10 After a hectic day, how can I turn my brain off at night to go to sleep?

Ans: Hit, a form of vigorous exercise, which particularly strengthens your mind, helps regulates your blood throughout the body, releases some special types of harmones from your body that makes your mind / body healthy.

Q:11 What is unique about your business?

Ans: Professional trainers, weightless trainings, proper diet plan according to your physique goals

Q:12 If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Ans: Live for yourself, work for your self resulting in value creation to the society, make your own future! Everyone in this world is self centered, its just the radius that differs (I thinks that attitude of the person matters the most). Nobody is going to give it to you; you have to work for your dreams. There are no guarantees on success. In order to win big you have to take calculated risks. If you truly believe that you deserves success than your mind will automatically generate ways to achieve it (Value yourself).
