Coming from someone who has used AI for the past 13 years:

I highly recommend caution with over-consuming AI content.

The beauty of conversational LLMs is that they're conversational. They don't need special magic tutorials, just natural human* interaction.

write prompts.

Exactly how you learn anything else.

My suggestion:

1. Spend 8 hours trying out different things; playing with the AI & getting a feel for it.

2. Spend 2 hours learning from others or getting inspiration.

(Applicable to any type of learning to avoid the illusion of learning that seeing too many YouTube videos can give you.)
