Jun 27, 2016Smoothie combo #4This one’s very much like this other smoothie recipe, except you substitute the raspberries with strawberries. So, here are the ingredients: Blend half cucumber (unskinned, seeded), 2 kiwifruit (green variety), and half cup of strawberries. Apparently, this combo is great for blood sugar support and digestion! Enjoy!Smoothies1 min readSmoothies1 min read
Jun 27, 2016Smoothie combo #3If you prefer something tart, try this! Blend half cucumber (unskinned, seeded), 3 passionfruit, and 1 cup of raspberries. The end-result will be something quite sourish, but that smells heavenly, thanks to the passionfruit. The raspberries add a nice pop of red and a hefty dose of phytonutrients. Gulp it all down quickly so your teeth don’t get hurt!Smoothies1 min readSmoothies1 min read
Apr 29, 2016Smoothie combo #2I’d been having a lot of facial inflammation lately. I concocted the following recipe to help reduce “heatiness”, especially around the head area. It tastes great and helps the body detox — the effects for me were very prominent in about 1–2 hours after consumption: my face became less “hot”, and the swelling in my cheeks disappeared, together with 2 cystic acne bumps! And the best part is that this smoothie tasted absolutely wonderful! Yum!!!Smoothies1 min readSmoothies1 min read
Feb 25, 2014Smoothie combo #14 ingredients, with grapefruit as the star — Tried this tonight. Great tasting! Blend 1 cucumber, 1 kiwifruit (green variety), 1 grapefruit (pink/red variety) and 1 avocado. The avocado adds thickness, the cucumber adds juice and bulk, the kiwi seeds add texture, and the overall taste is that of grapefruit.Smoothies1 min readSmoothies1 min read
