10 Major ๐Ÿ”‘โ€™s 4 Productivity

In an environment riddled with an infinite amount of distractions, it can be extremely difficult to stay focused and consistent on certain goals in order to reach maximum productivity on a daily basis.

To combat this issue, here are a few major keys thatโ€™ll kick you back into flow and help you get shit done. Enjoy.

(Ranked on a 1โ€“5 major key scale.)

1. Spend Time Strategically:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

Time management is crucial when youโ€™re trying to focus most of your energy on being productive and knocking out tasks.

Donโ€™t waste time on things that wonโ€™t bring you some sort of return on investment.

Optimize for your most important asset, time.

2. Stop Being Yes Man/Woman:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

Stop this ASAP. You cannot go to every happy hour, every networking event, every meeting, every social event, you just canโ€™t do it.

Doing so will result in burnout, wasting money, and most importantly wasting valuable time.

Remember, we are optimizing for time. Itโ€™s our most important asset.

Itโ€™s not being โ€œselfish,โ€ itโ€™s more so respecting your future goals and aspirations.

3. Find Things That Keep Youย Sane:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

What are some things that put you into zen mood where no one can fuck up your vibe? Find more of those things and spend more time in this headspace from time to time.

Itโ€™s ok to zone out and dedicate time strictly to yourself when youโ€™re reaching maximum productivity on a daily basis.

4. Reachย Out:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

Start reaching out to your *Tn+1โ€™s & Tn+2โ€™s*, and whoever else you feel as though can provide value and mentorship on your path to accomplishing your goals.

Briefly explain what youโ€™re up to, your ambitions, and exactly what you need from them. Be as specific as possible.

Donโ€™t beat around the bush on the ask. Remember to offer something in return as well.

5. Establish Healthyย Habits:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

Establish both mentally and physically that you will stick to a โ€œhealthy habitsโ€ lifestyle, stay consistent, and make smart/healthy decisions.

Mentally decide that you want to make the change.

Then, physically mold your environment to fit this new lifestyle. (i.e. fill fridge with healthy options, avoid unhealthy food triggers, etc.)

Be realistic with yourself. Itโ€™s all about discipline.

6. Publish Blogย Posts:

#MajorKeyAlert

This is probably one of the, if not thee, most important somethings of this list.

Publishing quality content is crucial and can result in endless possibilities.

Iโ€™ve seen people get hired at their dream company from a blog post they worked their ass off on. And it paid off.

Takeaway: Publish. Publish. Publish. QUALITY content.

7. List Out What Makes You Uncomfortable:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

Brainstorm a list of things that make you uncomfortable.

Ex:

  1. Public speaking.
  2. Meeting new people at networking/social events.

Whatever it is, write it down on this list.

After you have the list complete, figure out which ones you want to work on then start attacking and overcoming those fears.

8. Getย Rest:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

I guess. Get your 8 hoursโ€ฆ

Fuck that. If youโ€™re really trying to get shit done and actually reach your highest potential you need to be cranking out work on 3โ€“4 hours of sleep.

โ€œWhen you want to succeed, as bad as you want to breathe, then youโ€™ll be successful.โ€

9. Be Polite, Helpful, &ย Kind:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

Always be willing to provide value to others, and do it with such style and grace that theyโ€™ll be coming back for more.

However, donโ€™t do the most.

Time is valuable as fuck.

Be strategic.

10. Donโ€™t Getย Sick:

๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ”‘

Eat clean, workout, and meditate.

Keep your mind, body, and soul in a good space so that you can work at optimal capacity.

Stretch, do yoga, try transcendental meditation, whatever you need to do to stay fluid and out the shitbag.

Being sick = downtime. Downtime = less productivity.
