I think I’ll write down great things that happened today, rather than yesterday. I should add I journal in the morning but also the evening, where I write down my goals for the next day.

If you journal in the evening as well, the 3 great things is perfect for that! And for the things you journal about that are negative, try making it a point to identify the cause of the complaint and then thinking of one possible solution to making the situation better and adding that to your journaling. That’s actually what inspires much of my writing here 😊
