Chapter 14 of Eric Evans’ Domain-Driven Design: Tackling Complexity in the Heart of Software (aka the Blue Book) introduces one of the key concepts of Domain-Driven Design — the Bounded Context. If your mind isn’t blown by the earlier chapters, it is surely blown by this one.

It can also invoke a lot of thought because you’re a thinker… Take this rule for example:

“Code reuse between Bounded Contexts is a hazard to be avoided.”
