How To Leave The Shit In 2015

A simple guide for making sure 2016 doesn’t get weighed down by 2015.

Step 1: Write a list of all of the things you don’t want to bring with you in 2016. This includes but is not limited to:

stories that no longer fit

hating yourself/being hard on yourself

that thing you keep kicking yourself for

holding back

skinny clothes that you are saving for ???

grudges that require too much energy to maintain

relationships that require too much explanation

bad patterns that keep repeating themselves

Step 2: Take your list and burn it/throw it in the trash/flush it down the toliet
