“..in the name of the user..” — that poor meat bag. Does this also mean in the “best interest”? And now it gets hairy. How should a service anticipate this? It can’t. Yes I know — Choice is actually an illusion. But this is not what I would call “Design” — this is “Paternalism” — and we should not go down this road.
