i tried reading the article. i think it has a) some good points worth discussing and b) some points which seems to be guesses/assumptions. (example — being politically correct is considered communist/autocratic). I agree with Paul Henry’s notes below as well

The article is too big with too many points/thoughts/arguments. It’s tough to figure out what exactly is the author talking about (may be i will understand it better if i read it 3 more times). I think a discussion is needed between the author and the google-diversity-policy-folks to get them on the same page. I am little surprised/shocked to see him fired. I think `both` sides are cherry-picking their points from his article and engaging in a arguments instead of engaging discussion/education/progress.
