But, Bill — in the primary you’re not throwing anything away with a vote for any one of the candidates presented. Bernie wasn’t a throw away-third party vote in that context — not by a long shot.
The focus of the article wasn’t on the primary. It’s on the general election, which makes it a choice between A, B, or C. That’s not to say Bernie supporters aren’t important or somehow < than those who voted for HRC.
Matter of fact, I’d argue it makes you INFINITELY MORE IMPORTANT. Infinitely more.
And not for nothing, but I agree with you on the corruption you’re talking about in your post regarding HRC. She’s hypocritical and definitely has gotten away with shit she shouldn’t have gotten away with.
There’s nothing that will make that right. And there’s no argument I can make to try to persuade you to vote for her — as I will. It is up to you, obviously.
I would like you to vote democratic and try to separate the person from the center. I’d like you to vote with me instead of against me.
That’s all I’m going to say about it. Either way, I still think you’re important — I still think you’re smart — even if I don’t agree with how you end up casting your vote.
