Daniel, as always, I respect your directness. It cuts like a son of a bitch, but I can’t even argue with you. Any argument to the contrary has no legs.

But here, my friend, you know that even as the disappointment sets in, the scapegoating and push away from accountability will only increase. (as we have seen over the last month)

If this election has shown us anything it is that whiteness truly knows no shame.

I hope you are safe. I hope you are warm. I hope you are comfortable. I hope the same for all you love. You are in my thoughts and prayers always.

I am still standing behind you.
