I appreciate you stating this very much. And I will follow your lead here, because I have also engaged in that behavior, even after having been on the receiving end of it.

And I am sorry I did it. I work hard to withhold judgment, but sometimes I screw up.

I always always always appreciate anyone who has the grit, wisdom and self respect to admit mistakes freely without being too hard on themselves. So thank you, D, for being brave enough to look at your own self and noticing when your scales tip outside your own standards.
