I think you could tighten the accuracy of this statement. Full disclosure — I’m a no-programmed-exercise-go-outside-and-play kinda person and I eat whatever the hell I feel like eating.
The reason this seems inaccurate to me is that there are many, many people in the fitness world who don’t just join the latest craze human centipede bs that is constantly rolling through all our soc-feeds. Ew.
So I get it, but I have to say not all are like this and the over-generalization came across a bit hyperbolic to me.
