There are different modes of having fun. Some positive uplifting music directly influences some chemicals in your brain and hormones in your entire system to increase your cognitive functions.

You may be one of those people who love to listen to music but you may not know the health benefits of music. Research has shown that people who listen to music are smarter and sharper than those who do now.

This point is obvious but the chemical secretion is too interesting to think about.
