Meeting with HR Professional
Now a days interviews become more complicated and difficult. In this competitive era everyone want to succeed and get a good job. The recruiter’s mentality is difficult to judge. Some of candidates feel fear during interview.
For this reason, me and my fellows decided to reach out to a HR professional. We want to know about interview skills and tactics from HR. We eagerly want to understand the importance of being real and equipped in an interview.
We do research and got an appointment from HR professional. HR professional name is Gulfam Shahzad Mughal and he is HR Manager at Mujahid Hospital, Faisalabad. He has 13 years experience in his field. He is very humble and kind person.
We told him about our concern to know about interview skills and tactics. We had a great time with him and he gave us lot of information about recruiting process. He shared his experience with us and we asked him lots of question about recruiting process.

What is the most valuable trait you took for in an appointment?
The most valuable trait of an candidate is that he must be skillful for the job and meet the recruitment for the job.
How do you monitor the performance of the employees?
We do analysis. We take verbal test and gauge his performance through the work he done for organization’s growth.
How much you gave importance to being real in interview?
Being real is very important and we judge it through doing conversation with candidate. If he is not real it means he cheat to you.
How you gauge the candidate’s passion?
From his research and knowledge about our company’s atmosphere. We gauge his passion when he cares about company’s need and show his love with his work.
What kind of introduction you want to hear from candidate?
In introduction we want to know about candidate’s skills, confidence, and analyse that his telling us truth or not.
What suggestions you gave us for fully preparation of an interview?
