Emotions Anonymous: The Ultimate Mental Health Support Group
Mike Veny

This is very interesting to me Mike both as a regular person and as an emotion-focused trauma oriented psychotherapist. I am developing a self-help tool that helps people identify and work with feelings. I believe this tool can be used in groups of 2 or more. In a group setting people would support and help each work through their emotions. I imagine this is what EA is like. Thank you for writing about Emotions Anonymous. I’m going to check it out.
