Beat heat rash with tea

STEPS
  1. Steep a few green or white tea bags in lukewarm water for a couple of minutes.
  2. then stick them in the fridge to chill.
  3. Once they’re thoroughly cooled.
  4. lay the tea bags on the inflamed areas — the antioxidants and caffeine constrict blood vessels, making bumps and splotches disappear.
