What feminism is not to me

  • Thinking like a man
  • Playing like a man
  • Acting like a man
  • Looking like a man
  • Treating others like a man

What feminism is to me

  • Being respected for being a woman as much as for being a man
  • Not being judged for thinking like a woman and acting like one
  • Not forced or expected to be responsible for the entire family
  • Not forced or expected to be the good person in a society of ‘survival of the fittest’
  • Being respected for the genetic characteristics of a woman — Physical strength, PMS, Birth Issues, Menopause, Depression and so on

A recent article I read summarize it for me. Here it is: http://www.huffingtonpost.in/amee-misra-/the-biggest-disservice-we_b_7963972.html
