Very well said. The things are changed now from seller to buyers. Buyers are well informed and push selling is out of dated. I also agree that when we play a role of either sales or marketing team, we do exact opposite of what we should do. It might be due to the inbound takes long time to build reputation and some time we attacked to short term benefits of pushing the things
