Accenture - My interview experience for PADA role (Packaged App Development Associate) off campus.

As we know Accenture is hiring in bulk for the year 2023 and 2024, I was part of the hiring. So I applied for the entry level role PADA and got shortlisted. I thought I wouldn’t be shortlisted because the competition was off-campus anyways I did and ready to take up my first round.

First Round (Assessment) — 1

• We need to go through an assessment online which we need to prepare for -
• Logical thinking questions
• Reasoning questions
• Mathematical questions
• English comprehensive questions

After the assessment if you are qualified you will be moved to the second round is the very next thing.

Second Round (Coding) — 2

• Here I was given two coding questions to solve
• We can solve it with our convenient programming language.
• I would give it a medium level coding questions when we need to make all the test cases pass.

Third round (communicative Test) — 3

• This is a mandatory round of communication.
• Here you will have stages where you tested with your English such as -
• Speaking, listening, explaining skills of English

Final Round ( Interview ) — 4

• As we know this is a face to face round testing your communication skills , integrity, technicality in programming languages etc. As per my experience of interview these are the questions I have been faced.

2. A lot of questions on my project
3. My personal views and where do I want to be in future
4. What was my role in the project and my hardships faced.
5. What do I know about machine learning and how it helped in my project.
6. Why machine learning
7. Where do I see myself in future
8. A few personal questions
9. About the programming languages I am familiar with.
10. Why this company
11. Greetings

(As a note I want to say that the interviewer really made me feel very comfortable and it’s one of the best interviews I’ve ever faced and also the interviewer solely questioned me according to the info and skill I have mentioned in my resume)

I got my task uploading mail in a short time followed by an offer letter.
