I particularly enjoyed the Crazy Dreamer, and Guardian of Peace roles. I think you have nailed the description, accountability and metrics (the latter is the one I have struggled with the most).

I wonder if another metric for the Crazy Dreamer could be something that captures also innovative results coming out of the ideas exploration?
