I did five acts of kindness e.g., 1: I helped my mother in their household activities like washing of kitchen utensils which reduces her work and give them a little bit of rest.

2. A fellow from my session having trouble in their research work so i told her to discuss it with your teacher and repeat this step where you are facing problem. And even i helped her by doing her little work like inoculation in media and media preparation also because she is running out of time and lab timings was 6:30 pm and she has lot of work to do so i helped her through dividing her work.

3. I helped my friends in their work and give them next step so they figured them out from the situation they are facing problem like give them detail idea that how we work and how we can improve our presentation through communication and discussion with each other.

4. I heard my fellows carefully when they need me and guide them according to my knowledge and through this they consider me their friends who will give them the best suggestion.

5. One of my junior told me to help them in learning the specific technique that I know, so I decide to perform all the steps in front of them and also done DIY activity so they can learn easily.

It was a great experience and I really feel mental satisfaction and really thankful to ALLAH who gives me the chance to help others and people considered me as their helping hands. I think these act of kindness help us professionally while when we are giving positive feedback and help them what to do next we can automatically increase our product efficacy and also by giving them knowledge of something new will make them independent.
