The process for underground electrification, and laying down of gas, phone and water lines will begin in a week. The work on the foundations of some of the more luxurious amenities like schools, parks and hospital will also begin in a few weeks, according to the developers.
The promised time of completion is three years — matching the installment period — however, the developers are confident they will get everything done within just a period of two years.

Sahara City offers 3-marla, 5-marla, 7-marla, 10-marla and 1-kanal residential plots. The 3-marla plots are priced at PKR 1.2 million, The 5-marla plots are priced at PKR 2 million, 10-marla plots at PKR 4 million and 1-kanal plots at PKR 8 million. Sahara City also offers commercial plots of 1-marla, 2-marla and 3-marla. 1-marla commercial plots are priced at PKR 1.2 million, 2-marla commercial plots are priced at 2.4 million and 3-marla commercial plots are priced at 3.6 million.
