Meaning to Expose Myself
It takes a lot of courage for me to look deep inside myself and expose it.
As a son, a brother, a husband, a consultant and a father, have put a priority on how others feel and response to what I’m about to say because a message has a power to influence on someone positively and often negatively. (The pen is mightier than the sword. a word can hurt people rather than a sword.) I believe a word should be used to motivate and encourage others to do something voluntarily, not to impose something by convincing logically so that people can maximize their performance. In this context, selecting words (and how to convey them) is essential for communication.
Selecting words, however, means dropping words. This work sometimes forces us to give up to say something we want instinctively. It could give us a lot of stress.Does this style of communication deserves it? I strongly believe so. Now I decided to expose my thinking on this topic and hope it’ll be useful for both someone I have seen and I haven’t.
