Why I Chose to Read Macbeth

I’ve long heard about how Macbeth is a play all about predetermined fate. I love discussing about topics like that in general, because the answers are endless, and it’s open-ended- many answers will surprise you. It’s a question many ponder, and certainly one I can’t come to a conclusion about. Is your destiny really predetermined, or do you shape your own fate? People say they’ll do things or become things in the future, and with their strong willpower, they seem to do, well, just that. Are they in control of their fate, by speaking things into existence, or is it pure dumb luck? I believe the two meet right in the middle and that you have some aspects of your life controlled, but equally, there are things that are out of our control.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
