At the end of 2015, H+K’s Global Center of Creative Strategy held the inaugural meeting of its first ever Publishing Board.

The session brought together forward-thinking publishers in all guises to talk about the most exciting trends and pressing issues from across the industry.

The intention of the board is to help the agency to shape its work for clients, develop unique client solutions and map out the future of brands as publishers.

After each session, we’re turning the discussion in to a series of essays, which you’ll find here. We’ve considered the questions you might hear from brands that suggest they’re also facing the same problem, and included some practical advice on being better prepared to engage with publishers on these issues.
