Russian scientists have been proving Oil & Gas are not fossil fuels, but a byproduct of the earth’s mantel. NASA further proved this theory when they discovered Methane in the rings of Saturn. So did we discover life outside our planet or not. I believe oil is a completely replenish-able resource. Which fits with the most basic of economic rules. If it’s not scarce it’s not worth anything… so make it scarce. Back in the day they used to do surface mining for oil. They would just scrape it from the top of the earth it was so plentiful.
