Practicing Happiness to Boost Your Success

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. I believe that “Happiness is the key to success.”

Practicing being happy is an important thing.Nowadays in busy life every body seems to be a machine, so every one forgets about the meaning of being happiness that the main reason the graph of success is going down.
Our happiness depends upon our success. If we are internally satisfied, we will automatically be happy. If we are not satisfied, we will not be happy at any cost. Try to learn to be positive. Our actions depend upon our thoughts. It is a saying:
So, it’s true that if a person has negative mind cannot live a positive life. Here, I am going to tell you about my personal story.
Depression Period:
Since 2014, I have struggled to build up my career; I’m very passionate to do work no matter it is directly or indirectly related to my field. I did one job and three internships with an unmatchable passion but never got a chance to be promoted or succeed to build-up my career. I have attended 25+ interviews and submitted 400+ applications, but no one gave me an opportunity to prove myself, and then I lost my hopes to succeed someday and always feeling depressed and shows nothing to anyone about myself, I thought no one has any solutions for my problems.

Takeaways:
I learn many things. I learn that if I want to be happy, I will be happy and If I want to be sad than I will always sad. So, it’s up to me. Then at that time, I realize I will be happy if I think all of the good things life give to me. Life gave me many things on which I will be very grateful. Ups and downs are a part of life.

When I have joined AMAL ACADEMY, i learn the thing I have never learned before like intrapersonal skills, interview tips, and after getting the job tips that how to go on successfully in a career journey.

Yes, our lens to see the world matters a lot, by practicing these tips, I feel very relaxed and happy. I feel inner happiness by showing gratitude to my loved ones. As our loved ones do many things for us but sometimes we feel shy to express our feelings but by using these tips and I practice gratitude I feel delighted, and I have no words to describe my feelings.
2. Random Acts of Kindness

By practicing Random Acts of Kindness the feeling of happiness which arises inside our just speechless. I enjoyed a lot by practicing these tips and feel very relaxed, comfortable, happy, confident and optimistic.
